Health & Safety Policy

Statement from the Leadership Team

At JHCS, we are committed to supporting major infrastructure projects with a strong focus on health and safety. Founded by Managing Director John Hayes, who has over two decades of experience in electrical contracting, our company is recognised as an industry leader dedicated to building a sustainable future through comprehensive cabling installation services.

With a proven track record, we serve a diverse customer base across various sectors, including commercial, data centres, BESS sites, healthcare, renewable energy, and residential projects. Our skilled teams of jointers and cable installers deliver high-quality workmanship throughout the United Kingdom.

Our recent investment in a modern fleet of plant and machinery enhances our operational capabilities, enabling us to efficiently tackle larger and more complex projects. When not in use for JHCS, we also offer our machinery for hire, providing flexible solutions for other contractors.

Additionally, our new utilities & hire divisions expand our service offerings, allowing us to provide complete solutions for utilities infrastructure, from installation to maintenance to self-hire equipment.

Guided by our leadership team—John Hayes, Jonathan Wise, Darren Hayes, and Steve Lee—who collectively bring over 100 years of experience, we are focused on long-term growth and mutual success. As we enhance our capabilities and seek new opportunities, we remain dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety in our operations.
