The Flat Iron Steak project involved the installation and cleating of a 4-core 150mm² SWA cable to the roof switch room, utilising an existing old redundant lift shaft. This installation was essential to provide a reliable power supply to the new steak restaurant, ensuring it operates efficiently and effectively.
