JHCS is pleased to announce the successful completion of a full LV power installation at Dixons Academy in Newhall Green, a key development in supporting the school’s modern educational environment. Our team was responsible for upgrading the low-voltage power system, including comprehensive glanding and termination of cables, ensuring a safe, reliable, and efficient electrical infrastructure.

The project presented some unique challenges, as the switch room was not directly attached to the main building. To overcome this, our team expertly pulled the mains electricity through ducts, navigating the complex routing to ensure a continuous power supply without compromising safety or standards. This required careful planning and precision but was successfully executed thanks to our experienced team.
Throughout the project, all gland and termination work was carried out to the highest safety and quality standards, resulting in a neat, organised cable network capable of supporting the school’s current and future technological needs.
The new electrical infrastructure plays a vital role in the wider upgrade plans for Dixons Academy, providing a robust power supply to facilitate innovative teaching methods, digital learning, and daily school functions.
We’re proud to have partnered with Dixons Academy on this important project and look forward to supporting their continued growth and success with reliable infrastructure solutions.
