JHCS Completes LV Cable, Gland, and Termination Installation at House of Social, First Street, Manchester

JHCS has successfully completed a comprehensive low-voltage (LV) cable, gland, and termination project in Manchester, pulling over 7,000 metres of cable to ensure reliable power distribution.

Located in the vibrant area, the new House of Social on First Street embodies a dynamic community hub designed for connection, culture, and gastronomy. This innovative space features stylish shared kitchens upstairs for housemates and a bustling food hall downstairs with five independent kitchens, offering a diverse array of culinary treats. The venue promotes social interaction, where staying in is as enjoyable as going out, with communal spaces, a bar, and an outdoor terrace.

House of Social aims to foster community and friendship, helping people build bridges rather than burn them. It’s a place where everyone can find their home, share stories, and enjoy great food in a welcoming environment.

JHCS’s recent electrical work supports such vibrant community spaces by delivering essential infrastructure, ensuring these hubs remain connected and functional for years to come.
