The Data Centre in South Manchester is a state-of-the-art facility designed to support the region’s growing digital and data storage needs. The project involved a complete LV cabling installation, including glanding and termination of various electrical cables to ensure a reliable and efficient power distribution system within the data centre.
JHCS was contracted to carry out the full LV cabling scope, demonstrating our expertise in delivering high-quality electrical infrastructure for critical facilities. Our team installed a diverse range of single-core cables, with sizes ranging from 400 mm² singles to 240 mm² 4-cores, in some cases accompanied by CPC cables. Some of these cables are showcased in the accompanying images, highlighting the neat and organised cable routes essential for data centre operations.

Throughout the project, we prioritised safety and precision, ensuring all cabling and terminations met the highest standards of quality and compliance. Our work enables the data centre to operate seamlessly, supporting vital digital services and business functions for the region.

This project underscores JHCS’s capability to deliver detailed and reliable electrical installations within complex and sensitive environments, reinforcing our reputation as a trusted provider in the data centre sector. Get in touch with us if you require our services.
