Technical Delivery

This project required precise coordination and specialist high-voltage expertise across all stages:

  • Cable Installation
    The 6 x 630mm² single-core XLPE cables were installed within a controlled substation
    environment, ensuring correct handling, bending radius, and segregation throughout.
  • Jointing Works
    JHCS completed six straight joints within a joint pit,
    maintaining strict quality control and testing procedures to ensure long-term network reliability.
  • Transformer Terminations
    All primary circuits were terminated onto a 275kV transformer using Pfisterer systems,
    requiring accuracy, cleanliness, and adherence to manufacturer specifications.
  • Auxiliary Circuits
    Additional 240mm² 33kV auxiliary cables were installed and terminated,
    supporting the integration between auxiliary and main transformer systems.
