Trinity Island – Twin Towers Cable Installation

Overview

Trinity Island is a new riverside neighbourhood on the bank of the River Irwell, with 130m of river frontage and 1.6 acres of riverside park, including a children’s play area and dog park. Close to St John’s, it provides high-quality city-centre living with strong public realm.

Our Role
JHCS delivered the full cable installation to the two residential towers of 55 and 60 storeys – the highest cable pulls we have completed to date.

Scope included:

Vertical and lateral cable installation across both towers
High-level cable pulls and terminations
Coordination with other trades to maintain programme and safety
Testing and quality assurance of installed cabling

Key Outcome
This flagship high-rise scheme demonstrates JHCS’s capability to support complex city-centre developments and underlines our commitment to aspirational, long-term neighbourhoods.
