JHCS is proud to announce the successful completion of our cable installation works at Trinity Island, a landmark new riverside neighbourhood on the bank of the River Irwell.
Trinity Island incorporates 130 metres of scenic riverbank frontage and 1.6 acres of high-quality riverside park, complete with a children’s play area and dedicated dog park. Set close to St John’s – an area brimming with culture, enterprise and innovation – Trinity Island is set to become one of the city’s most aspirational new neighbourhoods.
At the heart of the development are two residential towers of 55 and 60 storeys, located off Trinity Way. JHCS was appointed to deliver the cable installation across both towers – a critical package in ensuring the safe, reliable power and connectivity that modern city-centre living demands.

This project marks a major milestone for JHCS: the Trinity Island twin towers represent the highest cable pulls we have completed to date. Operating across 55 and 60 floors required meticulous planning, robust temporary works, and close collaboration with the wider project team to sequence installations safely and efficiently.
Our scope included:
- Full vertical and lateral cable installation across both towers
- Coordination with other trades to maintain programme and access
- Implementation of stringent quality and safety controls at height
Delivering this complex, high-rise package reinforces JHCS’s capability to support ambitious city-centre developments with exceptional residential amenity and public realm. We are committed to helping create aspirational new neighbourhoods for the long term, and Trinity Island is a standout example of that vision in action.
JHCS would like to thank the project team and all partners involved for their collaboration throughout this landmark scheme.
