JHCS was recently appointed to install a 3200A cast resin busbar system linking the transformer to the main LV panel at high level within a Premier League stadium.
This was not routine containment.
Each section weighed up to 450kg and required:
• Detailed lifting plans

• Pre-engineered bracket installation
• Coordinated exclusion zones
• Precision alignment at high level
Working at height with that weight demands discipline. Every lift was planned, supervised and executed with safety and accuracy at the forefront.
Once installed, the busbars were laser-levelled, torqued to specification and fully tested prior to the couplers being cast in resin — ensuring integrity before final encapsulation.
